Professional specialisation studies are broad supplementary education programmes which are based on a university of applied sciences degree. The scope of specialisation studies is 30–60 credits. Studies do not lead to a degree. Studies are implemented in a flexible way to make it possible to study while working.
Specialisation studies are implemented in close co-operation with working life. The education aims at deepening and broadening the participant’s professional know-how and skills. Studies include a development task related to the development of student’s own work and working community.
