Who can apply?
Degree programme students of RAMK partner higher education institutions outside of Finland, who wish to do part of their studies at RAMK, can submit an exchange application through electronic applications system, SoleMOVE.
What can I study?
Exchange students can follow courses offered in English, or any courses in Finnish provided they know the language. A list of courses offered in English for the exchange students is available in (August for the upcoming spring semester and in February for the upcoming autumn semester. Courses can be found from) pages: Spring semester and Autumn semester.

Application process
- After your home institution has nominated you to apply to RAMK, either you or your coordinator needs to contact RAMK’s international relations office by email (international@ramk.fi) to get a username to the electronic application system, SoleMOVE. When contacting the international relations office, please mention following details:
- First name and Last name
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Email address
- Home institution
- Which semester you are applying to / duration of exchange
- After RAMK has made a nomination based on the information mentioned above, you will get an email with a link and username to SoleMOVE. You need to create your own password when entering to the system. After that you can start creating your electronic application.
- SoleMOVE requires certain attachments. Please prepare and scan following enclosures ready before entering to the system:
- Learning Agreement (preliminary) with signatures from your home institution
- Transcript of Records (you can use your home institution’s own form)
- Passport photo
- Accomodation Information for DAS, If you have applied for accomodation in DAS. For more information about accomodation, please see the web page General Information.
- the Student card application, if you want to apply. Apply for your student card three weeks before your arrival.
- Information letter (only for incoming clinical training students applying to School of Health Care and Sports)
- All necessary forms can be found at the end of this page.
- Applications are processed in May / October after which you will get a letter of acceptance and an information package.
